Catering

Food/catering is generally not allowed in lecture halls and seminar rooms, but possible in selected rooms. Defined areas are intended for catering. 

Please enquire about the options in advance.


You are free to use a caterer of your choice for your event:

zfv businesses
The zfv is happy to support you with your event. They are able to supply the necessary infrastructure. Please direct your enquiry directly to zfv Mensa

External caterers
If you wish to hire an external caterer, please contact the event services of your location for information on the following services, which are subject to fees:
- logistics
- waste concept
- electricity
- fire protection (general information)
- Decorations are only permitted to be made of flame-retardant material RF2
- Set-up and restoration until the end of the booking period is in the responsibility of the organizer
- infrastructure (only available at Irchel and Zentrum)

Sustainable Catering
