Campus Usage and Permits

The Campus Use and Permits department is the point of contact for booking rooms for events related to teaching and other activities, as well as for allocating guest apartments. It also regulates the use of publicly accessible areas and ensures compliance with house rules and other regulations relating to campus life. To this end, we issue all kinds of permits to a wide range of stakeholders. A central aspect of this is the coordination of student concerns on campus.
