Implementation Phase

The event is around the corner. There are a few things you need to do shortly before, during and immediately after the event.

My event will soon be getting under way. What do I need to keep in mind?

The Implementation Phase Checklist (PDF, 131 KB) is divided into thee sections:

  • Shortly before the event:
    Various small details need to be taken care of a few days before the beginning of the event. A comprehensive briefing and a clear division of tasks are essential here.

  • During the event:
    Not only do the guests need to be looked after optimally during the event, but so too do the premises, the sanitary facilities, the technology, etc.

  • Immediately after the event:
    The work is not over when the guests leave. There are various follow-up tasks that need to be performed right after the event ends.
