Information on the booking system

The entries in color are room reservations (the different color codes have an internal meaning), which means the room is occupied at that time. Without an entry, the room is available.

The calendar is synchronized in short intervals, but it may still occur that a room appears as available despite having recently been booked. In this case we will allocate a suitable room to you.

• Selection of room/location or date: 
  The location can be selected at the top left, the date at the top right.

• Room information:
  If you hover over the room names on the left, information about the rooms appears.
