Only events organized by student organizations will be approved. For larger events, a concept must be submitted in addition to the application form for events requiring approval.

Posters (movable walls and temporary showcases), sending mass e-mails, targeted flyers and stand actions help to draw attention to the event.

Recognized student associations can submit an application including detailed budget planning and concept for financial support.

In principle, the catering can be freely chosen. It should be noted that for this all equipment, furniture and utensils must also be rented and all waste must be disposed of yourself.
