Workshops

We offer 1-2 courses per semester on various topics and at different levels. The workshops are aimed at all existing event organizers at the University of Zurich as well as potentially interested UZH employees. The courses offered by Event Management take place at the University of Zurich in the City Campus. The workshops are in German and are free of charge.

"How to plan an event?" (for beginners)

You have never planned an event or have only little experience with it? Then this is the right place for you. In this workshop you will learn the first steps of planning, preparation, follow-up and implementation of an event. Let yourself be fascinated by the event dramaturgy and manage the financial plan with ease.

"How to plan an event at UZH?" (for advanced learners)

Event planning is nothing new for you and you have already successfully completed several events. But how does it work at the University of Zurich? Are there any differences to the usual organization? Get to know procedures, checklists and responsible departments for events at UZH. Space planning and financial planning in relation to the University of Zurich will no longer be foreign words after the workshop.
