Displaying posters

Posters must be directly related to teaching and research or to the core mission of UZH. The posting of posters on the designated display boards and showcases is reserved primarily for UZH organizational units and recognized student organizations. Recognized student organizations that have been allocated a showcase are not usually allocated any additional poster space. The number of poster display locations is limited and is allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

You can check the current availability of display locations in the calendar view (direct online booking possible).

• In the calendar view, select “Poster display” from the drop-down menu at the top left.
• You will find the date selection at the top right.
• It is possible to click directly on an available slot and then submit a booking request.

Please note:

• Different formats from A0 to A3
• Maximum 1 Poster for 1 week at the locations UZH Zentrum und Oerlikon
• Maximum 1 Poster for 2 weeks at the location UZH Irchel
