UZH Irchel: calendar weeks 29-34
Room reservation lead times
UZH internal: possible up to 3 years in advance
external organizers with a connection to UZH: possible 1 year in advance
Application as congress location
If you would like to apply on behalf of the UZH as a venue for a specific congress (e.g. EUA, universitas 21 etc.), we will be happy to help you prepare the application folder. These are very similar in each case, as they describe topics relating to the city of Zurich as well as the UZH and its suitability as a congress location.
