The Events Office is the central point of contact for advice and support for event organizers at UZH. It offers basic advice on planning, executing, and following up on events (two to four hours per event). This service is particularly aimed at events that are of special relevance to UZH, either in terms of their objectives or their format.

What to consider
Standardized event processes reduce the coordination effort within UZH, help avoid stumbling blocks, and save human and financial resources. Sustainability, equality, and internationalization are integral parts of the planning process.
