Planning process

Newly appointed professors and privatdozents usually get an opportunity to plan an inaugural lecture within a year of their appointment.

The inaugural lectures of privatedozents and adjunct professorships are organized decentrally by the respective faculty or the dean's office. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant department. Contact List

The planning and execution of centrally organized inaugural lectures are coordinated by a team made up of members of the President's Services, the Eventmanagement and the Room Allocation Services in cooperation with other organisational units of the university. The following flow chart illustrates the key stages in the planning process for centrally organized inaugural lectures.
