Organizing the Apéro

Many speakers hold a drinks reception (or "apéro") for invited guests after their lecture. If you would also like to do this, please organize your drinks reception at least three weeks before the inaugural lecture.

Depending on the planning, the apéro will take place in front of the Aula or in the atrium ("Lichthof"). The Apéro areas are already automatically reserved.

For a smooth operation, we recommend the UZH catering partner ZFV.

Please note that the regulations for apéros at UZH may incur additional costs when using external service providers.
