Inviting Guests

Inaugural lectures are a great opportunity for colleagues, friends and family to meet. Invite those who have accompanied you during your academic journey to celebrate the occasion together.

Inform your faculty colleagues about the date to coordinate availabilities, especially for the introductory speech. Inaugural lectures are generally promoted through both university-wide and faculty-specific channels. We recommend utilizing your own platforms as well to reach and invite your network.

To help you with the process of inviting your guests, we have created a Word template that you can download and use for your personal invitation cards. You can fill it in with your details and send invitation cards online or print them out in the required size. The template is suitable for DIN A6 or DIN A5 formats.

A separate template is available for each faculty, designed for digital distribution and color printing. If you prefer not to print in color, we recommend using the neutral template.
